In early 2023, these two minds came together with one goal: to create aftermarket products that don’t just replicate OEM standards — they surpass them.

Introducing: Das9 Sport Seats

Our first project, the Das9 Sport Seat Foam Kit, is engineered for the 911 (up to 964), 944, and 968 platforms. But this isn't just a copy of what came from the factory — it's a reimagined, improved version, built for modern restoration needs while retaining the authenticity that Porsche owners expect.

We started from scratch: studying factory seats, foam densities, structural details, and degradation patterns. Our aim? Not to handcraft inconsistent one-offs, but to manufacture precision-engineered kits with consistent fit, feel, and support.

Partnering with a trusted ISO 9001–certified manufacturer in Colombia — with over 30 years of experience supplying the automotive industry — we developed custom molds and reinforced high-wear areas for enhanced durability. We tested and refined every sample until the fit was perfect on original Porsche frames.

Our CNC-bent support bars are the result of 3D scans, prototyping, and engineering refinements — ensuring every piece is as precise as the last. We also created a laser-cut installation template to make converting comfort seats to sport seats foolproof and factory-correct.
